About

Who are you cooking thin? This season, I’m cooking myself thin 🙂 This past summer I was able to cook my brother thin, such fun times! Regardless of who you are cooking thin, let’s cook together? What do you say? No fad diets, no deprivation, just healthy eating. Let’s eat delicious meals, scrumptious desserts, and let’s drink the tastiest of drinks. No starving yourself! Let’s simply cook delicious foods that will bring radiant health and smaller waistlines 😉

Tons of Hugs,

GC

  1. Your blog is inspiring. I have made efforts to try to talk my mom into eating more healthy ever since my ‘big’ weight loss. I cook dinner almost every night for both her and my dad (who has diabetes!), but they end up putting salt and sauces all over everything. It’s easy to get discouraged, but your blog is giving me the motivation to really sit BOTH of my parents down and talk to them about their health.

    1. So sweet! Thank you and so happy to hear that you are cooking for your parents as well. Make simple swaps (sea salt and homemade salad dressings 😉 ) for them and don’t get discouraged! Congrats on your big weight loss!

  2. Thanks for checking out my blog and my recent Chicken Parmesan with Zucchini Noodles! I hope you find some recipes on my blog that you can easily recreate for yourself as well! I look forward to following your blog in the future as well.
